On March 11 one of the largest earthquakes in recorded history shook the north coast of Japan, resulting in a tsunami that swept as far as 10km inland. Thousands of buildings have been affected, and the death toll is estimated at over 10,000. We're deeply saddened by the loss of life due to the tsunami, and although initial reports have stated that Japan's sound construction techniques limited the number of casualties due to the initial earthquake, the overall results of the tsunami are still unknown.

Swag Nation has shown an outpouring of sympathy across all our online communities, asking how they can help. Here's your chance to use your Swag Bucks to support a great cause. Please consider donating some of your Swag Bucks to our Japan Earthquake & Tsunami Relief Fund. All Swag Bucks we collect will go directly toward donations to All Hands Volunteers, a US-based, 501(c)3 non-profit organization, that provides hands-on assistance to survivors of natural disasters around the world, with maximum impact and minimum bureaucracy.

"Having volunteered directly with this organization in Biloxi, MS after Hurricane Katrina, I've witnessed their dedication to disaster relief and am honored that Swagbucks.com has chosen to support All Hands (formally Hands On Disaster Relief)" -Becky, Team Swagbucks
