They have reached a settlement regarding Mead Johnson and Company falsely representing that Enfamil LIPIL® is the only infant formula that contains DHA and ARA. If you purchased Enfamil LIPIL® infant formula in the United States between October 13, 2005 and March 31, 2010, you might be eligible to receive a $12 check or 2 free cans of formula.
You are not eligible if you received the formula via the WIC program or you purchased it for the purpose of resale.
No one is claiming that Enfamil LIPIL® is unsafe or challenging the nutrition it provides. The amount of benefits you may receive will be based on the length of time you bought the formula. There is a limit of one claim per household.
