Copper Grill Lobster & Steak House sates seafaring and land-loving hungerers alike with an array of upscale surf and turf specialties. Tongue-traverse the savory peaks of the dinner menu, which offers up edibles such as pan-fried crab cakes, accompanied by gregarious gobs of jalapeño-corn relish and chili aioli ($17), or sautéed jumbo shrimp, which playfully splash in a garlicky puddle of herb sauce ($16). Meat seekers can sharpen steak knives or medieval pole cleavers in anticipation of one of Copper Grill’s six steak cuts, from the New York strip ($29) to the Wagyu filet mignon on the bone ($43). Copper Grill also offers an extensive dessert menu to occupy sweet teeth from endless turf wars with roving dental hygienists.
